Soapware and Lytec not Syncing:

Restart Soapware Exchange

Restart Xlink

I reviewed the logs, it appears that X-Link is picking up the files from Lytec successfully and dropping the file into the following folder: C:\PROGRAMDATA\SOAPWAREXCHANGE\IN Make sure SoapExhange is up and running. Also, check the drop folder to see if it has a lot of file if so that could also be a delay for the files to import into SoapWare.
