Fixed this issue by doing the following:
Run Malwarebytes and fix spyware (After Reboot printer would not print)
Run CCleaner
Run Super Anti Spyware
Restart Computer
Download All in one repair tool for windows from www.tweaking.com
Choose all the defaults and let the tool fix everything.
